Position Title: Animal Control Officer.
Location: Sangamon County
Salary and Benefits: Grade 6: $27,259 - $32,710 annually. Health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave and uniforms provided.
Requirements: Must be an experienced animal handler to investigate complaints and bite incidents, enforce Sangamon County ordinances, and assist with kennel maintenance. Must be a Sangamon County resident, have a valid IL driver's license and proof of personal automobile insurance. Requires the ability to work an on call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Title: Pharmaceutical Assistance Program Coordinator.
This position is grant funded and contingent upon future funding.
Location: Sangamon County
Salary and Benefits: $35,000 - $53,000 annually. Health, dental and life insurance, retirement, paid vacation and sick leave and mileage reimbursement.
Requirements: Duties include, but are not limited to assisting in the implementation of a county-wide triage system for long-term pharmaceutical assistance programs, working with community leaders and/or representatives whose efforts are focused on pharmacy access, and assessing performance, needs, and demands of the public to improve pharmaceutical access programs. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, grant writing skills, and the ability to work independently and analyze health care delivery systems. Masters degree in public health, social work or a health care field preferred but not required. Requires a valid Class D Illinois Driver’s License, use of personal automobile and proof of automobile insurance, and ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary.

This position is covered by AFSCME Local #3738.
Location: Sangamon County
Salary and Benefits: $ 21.0935 per hour. Health, dental and life insurance, retirement, paid vacation and sick leave and mileage reimbursement.
Requirements: to provide registered nursing/case management services primarily in the Community Nursing program. This position requires a current State of Illinois registered nursing license in good standing, a valid Class D Illinois Driver’s License, use of personal automobile and proof of auto insurance. Must be a Sangamon County resident and able to work evening and weekend clinics as assigned.
